What we store

Account details, the numbers assigned to you, message metadata and sign-in history. Message bodies are stored only where the message flow requires them.

Who can see your data

Your own records, plus your manager and administrators. Agents cannot see other agents.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. It is cleared when you sign out.

Retention

Records are kept until an administrator removes them or the platform is reset.
